These Terms explain the rules for using the current CariLorry marketplace, account, Saved Lorries and contact services.

About CariLorry
CariLorry connects Buyers with lorry Dealers and provides marketplace discovery, account, Saved Lorries, contact and related platform functions. CariLorry does not claim to own every vehicle listed on the service.
Listings and availability
Listings are published using information provided or managed by Dealers and sellers. Vehicle details, availability, pricing, photos, videos and other seller-provided information may change, and CariLorry does not guarantee that every detail is complete or current.
Buyer checks
Before paying, signing, financing or otherwise entering a transaction, Buyers should independently confirm the vehicle, seller, ownership or title, condition, price, availability and any other important detail.
Trust information
Verified Dealer
Verified Dealer relates to verification of the Dealer or business. It is not a guarantee of vehicle condition, vehicle ownership or title, financing approval, transaction outcome, absence of fraud, or mechanical quality.
Condition Videos
Condition Videos are seller-provided vehicle recordings. CariLorry review or publication only makes accepted recordings available on the platform; it is not a mechanical inspection, certification or vehicle-condition guarantee.
Accounts, saves and communication
Account responsibility
Users should keep their sign-in methods and devices secure, use only accounts they are authorized to access, and notify CariLorry if they reasonably believe their access has been compromised.
Saved Lorries
Where supported, guest Saved Lorries are kept in browser storage. For an eligible signed-in BuyerMember, Saved Lorries may be associated with the Buyer account. Saved state does not reserve a vehicle or confirm its availability.
WhatsApp and other services
Buyer-to-Dealer or Buyer-to-CariLorry communication may continue through external services such as WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and information shared there is handled through the external service.
Dealer responsibilities and content
Accurate and authorized information
Dealers are responsible for ensuring the Listing, business, contact and media information they submit is accurate, lawful and appropriately authorized, and for updating or withdrawing information that is no longer accurate.
Using submitted content
Dealers and other submitters remain responsible for their content and permit CariLorry to store, reproduce and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, promote and provide the relevant Listing or business profile through the service.
Using and operating the service
Acceptable use
Do not use CariLorry unlawfully, impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent Listings, attempt unauthorized access, maliciously interfere with the service, or abuse platform contact and communication features.
Platform moderation
CariLorry may review, withhold, remove or limit content, Listings or access when reasonably necessary to operate the service, address misuse, protect users, or respond to legal or safety concerns. This does not promise that every item is reviewed or that every issue will be detected.
Service availability
CariLorry may change, suspend or interrupt features, and third-party services or network conditions may affect availability. The service is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers, changes and contact
Marketplace responsibility
Buyers and Dealers remain responsible for their own checks, decisions and transactions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CariLorry is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on Dealer or seller information, an external service, or a Buyer-Dealer transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
CariLorry may update these Terms when the service or its operating requirements change. The current version will be published on this page, and continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point.
